Jaw crusher for basalt

Jaw crusher is one of the important types of primary crushers which are usually used in basalt quarrying or mine ore crushing process. It is also one of the most widely used crushing equipment in mining industry. Basalt jaw crusher is the primary crushing equipment, which is used in primary crushing process in marble crushing plant. Here, there are two types of technological processes in basalt crushing plant.

1) Busted basalt---transported by the dump truck---vibrating feeder---jaw crusher (primary crusher) ---spring cone crusher (secondary crusher) ---circular vibrating screen---finished product as the customer required

2) Busted basalt---transported by the dump truck---vibrating feeder---jaw crusher (primary crusher) ---impact crusher (secondary crusher) ---VSI crusher (tertiary crusher) ---circular vibrating screen---finished product as the customer required

Basalt is a common extrusive volcanic rock. It is usually grey to black and fine-grained due to rapid cooling of lava at the surface of a planet. Basalt is mainly used in construction, making cobblestones and in making statues. The capacity of small jaw crusher is from 1t/h-5t/h, while the large scale jaw crusher is 200t/h-1000t/h.
