Bulk raw river stone is mined from your deposits around the river bed, then transported to the river stone crushing & screening plants.

In the plants, raw river stone will probably be fed into jaw crushers for primary crushing by vibrating feeder. After primary crushing, the material will probably be transferred to secondary crushing equipment like impact crushers for further crushing.

Usually, we’ll equip the river stone crushing & screening plants with multi-deck vibrating screen. The vibrating screen can be a key equipment to sieve the crushed stones into different grades.

Cone crushers is mainly used in fine crushing unit. CS cone crushers is regarded as the common cone crushers. Compared with other models, CS cone crushers with high-efficiency has long crush arms, long impact distances, high crush powder, and can crush the materials within the chamber efficiently. Hydraulic cone crushers may be the newest cone crushers. Due to the alteration of the concave’s style as well as the protect of the crushed products, the abrasion from the machine is reduced greatly and may go very far compared with the existing cone crushers.
